Hi

Many thanks for your post. I think this is finally shedding some light on the problem after a lot of searching and experimenting. I have set the options to POP and configured the website to allow POP deletions etc. but am still not quite there! When I set up the account again in Outlook 2007, I was able to add all the advanced settings of port, SSL etc. but under the internet email section I am being asked for Logon information: Username and password. I am not sure what to put here - as I have alreaady put the email account name and password in the section above. Can you shed any light on this?

Regards

Brian McHugh
