Time Stamp Incorrect
When the user receives a voicemail on the land line, they are sent an email via a voicemail-to-email tool. The email has a copy of the voicemail, duration, phone number, etc. The time stamp within the email is correct. However, the time stamp that Microsoft puts in the message is incorrect. It is off by approximately one hour. Both the time and date settings and Outlook settings appear to be correct though. The time stamp that I am referring to is below the Respond Group within the Message tab. It is directly above contacts name and the subject of the email. In Outlook options, there is only one time zone selected, which is: UTC-5:00 Eastern Time US & Canada. The data and time settings for the computer are correct too. When I forward the original email as an attachment and subsequently open it on a different workstation, it has the incorrect time displayed too.
I have rebooted the workstation, performed a repair to Office, and opened the affected emails on another workstation (same problem). Any ideas how to resolve this problem? |
