Default Organise emails from one organisation into folder

Hi,

My office uses Outlook and Gmail.

I want all emails from Google to go directly to one folder i.e. all emails @gmail.com to go to this folder.

Any ideas?

That's what Outlook Rules are for.

Yes, I understand that but I am unsure how to set it up.

Manage Rules and Alerts > New Rule
Start from a Blank Rule > Apply Rule to Messages I receive
Next
Check - Through the specified account > Select the Google account
Next
Check Move it to the specified folder > Select the folder in question
Check - Stop Processing more rules

Thanks for your reply.

I am aware of that - but I want it from a whole organisation i.e. we are using Google Apps for Education and I want every email that ends in @sch.gg to move to one folder. There will be several teachers and want to avoid having to type all their names in separately.

In that case use the 'specific words in the sender's address' option and add @sch.gg
