Organise emails from one organisation into folder
Hi,
My office uses Outlook and Gmail. I want all emails from Google to go directly to one folder i.e. all emails @gmail.com to go to this folder. Any ideas? |

That's what Outlook Rules are for.

Yes, I understand that but I am unsure how to set it up.

Manage Rules and Alerts > New Rule
Start from a Blank Rule > Apply Rule to Messages I receive Next Check - Through the specified account > Select the Google account Next Check Move it to the specified folder > Select the folder in question Check - Stop Processing more rules

Thanks for your reply.
I am aware of that - but I want it from a whole organisation i.e. we are using Google Apps for Education and I want every email that ends in @sch.gg to move to one folder. There will be several teachers and want to avoid having to type all their names in separately. |

In that case use the 'specific words in the sender's address' option and add @sch.gg
