![]() Hi, in Entourage (Outlook), there is no way to save all emails just from one sender? For example when I select all emails from my mom, I don't have the option to save them. If I go to export, it wants to export the entire email account. So in order to save her emails into one text file, I have to click on every single one individually and copy and paste???? |

NJDevil,
You can set up a rule to move all mail from your mom to a certain folder then just export that folder to a pst. Please review the link provided on setting up a rule within Outlook. http://www.ehow.com/how_2054490_crea...e-outlook.html Hope this helps. Mophead |

The provided link is for Outlook 2007 and and not Entourage. Entourage is Microsoft's mail client for Macintosh computers.
What can be done beside making client rule, you can easily create a folder on your desktop and simply click and drag any message to it. This is how you auto archive with entourage. If you are looking to transfer these messages to a text format you can simply click on the message, located in the folder, and click on More info. Once you have the More Info screen open you can change the extension to .txt. Hope this information was found helpful. |
