Question How to specify/adapt the OneNote template to be used for Meeting Notes?

In conjunction with OneNote Outlook offer the very nice "Meeting Notes" feature which automatically creates a OneNote entry that can be used for Meeting minutes and already contains all the meeting's "meta-data", i.e. date, time, location, participants, etc. etc.

I would like to modify that template slightly (to be specific: I want to change the date format that is being used to create the note's title).

Is this something to be changed in Outlook or in OneNote? And how and where can this be done?
