Currently I have three email accounts in my Outlook 2010 application. The largest one is a POP account that is no longer active because it belonged to a service provider (TWC roadrunner) I no longer have a contract with.
If I remove the defunct account, will I lose the notes, contacts and calendar subfolders or are they independent of that account? I have tried and failed to move the folders and/or the data in them to my existing current gmail account. If I have to keep the defunct account active, how can I get the information pop up screen asking for its name and password to stop popping up. Typing in the password does nothing;the screen keeps reappearing. Any suggestions appreciated. |
