I'm trying to move my current GMAIL emails into another personal folder because the online account it's almost full, so in my account folder I keep syncronizing with online GMAIL account while I can search my old backed up emails in the new personal folder I made, so:
1. I've exported my GMAIL emails 2. I've file > opened data file on backup.pst. I see all the folders but nothing is in them!? 3. I can't import backup.pst into this folder because it file > import sais at one step "the outlook data file is already in use in the current profile" 4. If I remove the new personal folder and try to import directly naturally I can't select the folder I'm importing to, and it all goes into "Outlook data file"!? I want to import into my own folder not that default one... How do I get everything that is my GMAIL account personal folder, into the new folder using my backup.pst? EDIT: fidling around I managed to make import menu show the personal folder I'm trying to import to, however when I start the import "to current folder" it all goes to "Outlook Data File" folder instead... |
