How To Keep The Inbox Line Visible At The Top Of The Folder Pane When Scrolling Down The Folder Pane
Hello All:
I am new to this forum and have no idea what I am doing. I hope that I am in the right place (Outlook question) and doing things the way they are suppose to be done. Here is my issue. When using Outlook 2010 and now 2013, when I used to scroll down the folder pane, the "Inbox" line at the top of the folder pane would always stay in view. This was wonderful because I could very quickly and easily get back to the top of the Folder Pane without having to use use the scroll bar to there; it was very, very fast and convenient. I could at warp speed click on the "Inbox" and I was back at the top of the Folder Pane. Somehow I lost my ability to do that, now as I scroll down, the "Inbox" line does not remain at the top of the Folder Pane??? I must have turned something off or disabled something?? I do not know if I am making myself clear or not?? Can anyone help me fix this issue?? Tom G |

Hi goetz,
Outlook provide many features. One feature is that you can easily change the position of the Outlook folders. You can do that by directly drag and drop method (as you were using till now). Apart from this, if you want to see them always on top then the best solution for you will be, moving the folder to the favourite folder. To do this, you need to drag the folder and drop them directly to the Favourite folder on the top of the Nav pane of your Outlook window. Thanks & Regards, Anjlua |
