Win10 Outlook keyboard error reduced all text all modules progdram wide

Windows 10/Office 365

Typing in the text area of a Task. I mistakenly hit a key combination, possibly the space bar too, and all typed text in all modules of Outlook shrunk as if the text was system wide negative magnified.

How do I reverse this inadvertent action?
