OL10 config issue

In a nutshell, I can't. OL10 on Win10 with an exchange server, JTEX01.jhosted.local which is apparently remote. I am set up to access email through a URL, mail.jthosted.com/owa, because I cannot set up OL10. It never accepts the configuration and errors out in trying to automatically assign the server info. I have tried to enter what I thought would be the servers but they don't work, I can't find out what they are through the OWA access (nothing is listed), and no one here knows what they are. I attempted to create a new mail profile through the CP and when it asks for credentials, it never accepts them. I thought it might be that the computer was inadvertently on a separate domain, but I just checked with a coworker and we're both on the same domain. Any ideas on where I might look?
