Question Permanently increasing type size in Outlook

I am sur that this has been asked before, but please bear with me. I am older and, even with my trifocals or reading glasses, I have difficulty reading me emails. Is there any way to increase the type size in Outlook permanently. I am tired of having to adjust every email individually.
