Hi azurtem,

To resolve this issue, do the following steps:

1.) Excel settings

Start Excel >> click on File >> click on Excel Options >> click on Advanced
Navigate to General >> Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE).

2.) Clear Outlook’s secure Temp folder

●To clear secure Temp folder of Outlook 2013, firstly locate to the folder and then proceed to next step. Follow the below path to locate to the folder:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\O utlook\Security

●Open the registry key “OutlookSecureTempFolder” by following the path mentioned above.
●Copy the path from the registry key.
●Open Internet Explorer.
●Paste the address in the Address Bar and press the Enter key.
