![]() Hi everyone, My mum purchased office 365 for me at xmas. I'm a Hotmail user and managed to link my account to outlook. I have a lot of newsletters and other things such as job alerts coming to my junk box each day and I want them to go to my inbox. Can someone please tell me how I can do this please? I have tried setting up rules but they dont seem to be working. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Richard |

Hi hemmo,
Usually the messages that are legitimate are marked as junk emails. To move the junk emails to the inbox you need to mark them as not junk. To do that, follow these steps: Open your Outlook >> click on Junk E-mail folder >> select and right click the email messages that you want to mark as not junk >> and from the option click on Not Junk. To mark messages as not junk, you can also use keyboard shortcut: "ctrl+alt+j". Note: After marking the email as not junk, the junk emails usually go to the inbox. If you receive many junk emails from the particular recipient, you can just add that recipient or mailing list to the Safe Recipients List, so that you don't need to mark them as not junk again and again. Thanks & Regards, Anjlua |
