Yes/No/NA Form to send out
Hi
Not too sure if this is possible in Outlook but i would like to create a form (a simple yes or no or NA) in Outlook that i can save and send out to various users which they can complete by clicking the buttons ie identifying yes or no or NA and then hit reply and i get the results back in my email box. Is this possible? I have created a test set in Word but when i send it out to people they cannot click on the buttons. I would really like to get this to work but cant seen to get there at the moment. Any ideas? Lee |

Hello Leevis,
I am not sure about Outlook, however, you can do this through SharePoint. Creating an online survey is quick and easy when you use SharePoint. You can create the survey in such a manner that people can respond to the survey questions with their own words, enter a number, choose from a dropdown or use a checkbox/radio button, or even pick from a rating scale. You can check this link for more details: https://www.cloudappsportal.com/shar...vey-sharepoint and the best part is they also offer a risk free trial for 7 days. |
