Default Send outlook MS word templates using outlook

Hi All,

Please help me with the below.

I have 7 different MS word templates. Every time I have to copy and paste these templates in outlook mail and edit and make some changes and send it to a group of email ids. Sometime while editing I miss some content or I copy paste wrong content.

To avoid this is there a way to send these templates from MS outlook using VBA without changing the format of the templates and also to auto validate the email ids and the content which is in MS word template.

Thanks in advance!

When you say that you are copying and pasting into Outlook, can you clarify what it is that you are doing? Are you copying the text from the body of those templates into the message body, or are you attaching the templates as mail attachments?

Hi,

I am copying the content from MS word file and pasting it in outlook email body. The content in the MS work file contains text as well as pictures.
Everytime when I do this the format of the word file will be same but there will be slight changes in the content.

HTML e-mail and Word document formats are entirely different from one another, some changes are inevitable. HTML does not support Word pages not headers or footers for example.

You can get a better idea of the problem by looking at the web view in Word.

If you can provide more detail of what the aim of the game is then it may be possible to make further suggestions, but if you want to keep the Word format, you should be doing so in Word and attaching the document, or better still a PDF of the document.
