Is it possible for two Outlook icons on the Desktop? One to open on Contacts, the other to open on Calendar. (I realize that this is saving only a single click, but we're getting spoiled!)

Frankly the best plan is to start Outlook in Outlook Today where you can display your e-mail folders, appointments and tasks all available at a glance.
