Default Display incoming and outgoing mail in one Outlook folder
I am hoping someone can assist me. My boss wants both her incoming and outgoing mail to appear in one folder in Outlook, is that possible?

Not if she still wants Outlook to function correctly. The Inbox and Outbox have distinct functions that relate to the folders themselves rather than their contents.
