Office 2007 Can't move meetings in calendar after creating them.

I have a user who is having issues with Outlook calendar meeting requests. She sets up meetings in some of our conference rooms (great lakes room and shoreline room), but then can’t change or move the times when needed. She gets a permission error (these are meetings she is the organizer for and sometimes they are marked private meetings. She is setup in a group called calendar editors, which has full calendar permissions on the conference room calendars. It doesn’t appear to me to be a overall permission issue because everyone else in that calendar editors group hasn’t had any issues moving their meets around . It is only happening to her. I can move the meetings around for her via the conference room calendar as the conference room user from Active Directory….but not as her. I have found a Band-Aid fix for this problem, If she create a meeting in her calendar and changes the name form Orgionizer to her name than she can at least Change the meeting times and dates.


We are currently running an in house Exchange server 2011 and using Office 2007.

Has anyone had an issue like this and if so what was a possible solution? Currently I am stumped and would appreciate any suggestions.

On the Exchange server we can see If person 1 is organizing the meeting, and choose conference room A as the location, and person 2 as the invited party. The meeting is shown on both the meeting rooms calendar and person 2's calendar. Person 1 is not showing anything on that calendar. ...Any Takers?
