On the Exchange server we can see If person 1 is organizing the meeting, and choose conference room A as the location, and person 2 as the invited party. The meeting is shown on both the meeting rooms calendar and person 2's calendar. Person 1 is not showing anything on that calendar. ...Any Takers?
