Outlook shows messages before asking for login credentials.

Hello,
We have a user with a strange issued. The user is running XP with Outlook 2007. The question I have and can't solve is when the user opens up Outlook, they can see their messages before the pop up box asks for her to log in. She stated that before, she would always have to log in before she could see her messages. By the way she is using RPC over HTTPs to log into Outlook. Is there anyway where we can change this back to where she has to login before she can see any of the messages?
