A friend, several states away, is asking me for help in setting up a new account. When he said he was using Outlook I thought "This will be easy!", but wrong! He sent me a screenshot of what he was looking at. Can anyone give me a little help? I need to figure out what version it is so I can then go exploring for a guide as to what the heck need be done to set a new account up! Please forgive my rather primitive redaction-

I think it might be the outlook.com app, possibly running on Windowes 10?

Thank-you-
I believe it is running on a desktop and I think the app is only for mobile devices, but funny, for I have been considering if it may be outlook.com. The problem on that is that it does not appear to be a browser window. He gets back in town tomorrow, so that should be interesting... |
