Listing order - Contacts
Most of my contacts are found as expected - e.g. Andy James is found amongst all the A....'s when I click on A in the list of Contacts.
However I also a few who I don't expect to be there. For example I have Anne Ross and Riaz Arif next to each other under A's. This happens all the way through the contacts listing. Sometimes the position is determined by the surname, mainly by the forename (being generally all friends, not business contacts, I put "forename surname" in the Name field. What field determines the position in the alphabetical listing? If first letter in Name field as I expect (e.g. Andy James) does, why are some listed by surname (e.g. Riaz Arif)? |
