Default Problems with Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) in Outlook 2013

Hello,

I seem to be having a problem with Active Directory Rights Management Services (AD RMS) on my PC with my company email which uses Exchange. I have recently received a new PC and I am unable to open emails on either PC (both with Outlook 2013 - one PC is Windows 7 and the other is Windows 10) that use Rights Management. I have tried to contact our IT department about this, but they have gone 'silent'. I was able to previously open these emails, but something unknowingly has changed in the past few months.

Attached are the error messages I receive when attempting to open these emails:

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance.
