Default Outlook 2013 on Windows 10 won't index

I have recently installed Windows 10 (btw, don't do it) and now my Outlook needs to re-index in order to perform any search. I have rebuilt my index, I have run scanpst on my outlook pst file (it said it found a fixed some errors).

On the Index Search options, it says it has indexed some 62,000 items, and the indexing status says there are some 25,000 items left to index. Even after more than a week (computer is on and awake 24/7 and Outlook is open), those numbers have barely moved. When I run a search on my email, it only pulls results from the last 2-3 weeks. A search on my contacts or calendar pulls no results at all.

Can anyone make suggestions?
