Outlook 2003 .pst file sync on new Win 7
I just upgraded vista to Win 7 and reinstalled Office 2003 which includes Outlook. I backed up my .pst file and copied it back into place. Upon doing my first sync with my POP3 mail server, it downloaded 100% of my emails going back 2 years. (I leave my original copy on the server after syncing) Now I have duplicates of everything. Nearly 1 GB of duplication.
I want to start over with my original back up .pst file and sync only new emails. Is there a date range function in Outlook that will only import e-mails past a certain date? I have 5000 emails on the mail server which I use as my back up incase my desktop or laptop ever die. Solutions? |
