Sharing Contact Folders in outlook?
I have a user that has created a contact folder in his outlook and is trying to share it with another user (domain environment/ office 2003)
Under contacts I don't see any issues when a user is sharing their local contacts via outlook with another user....that is fine. This user has created another folder (called: Dealers for example) and has added contacts under that folder and wants to share that folder. I went into his system and made sure everything was set up the same as sharing your normal contacts with another user (I had him share with me). When I did the open shared contacts search...I could not locate "Dealers" I then checked to make sure in properties under his "dealers" folder on his system (log in remotely) that "show this folder as an email address book" was checked. My question is, is this even possible? I would think so. Again this is under his My contacts list. Thanks in advance. |

I got a work around.
I just exported the list and imported it into the other users account for now. They can manually add from there. No synchronization but hey. Happens sometimes. |
