Attachements dont show in outlook 2016 when e-mailing from Access

Using Office 2016 in Win 10
When using Access I want to e-mail an order in pdf form, however it isn't showing as an attachment in Outlook. Once sent though it is visible to the receiver, how can I fix this, I

cant see anywhere on the Outlook ribbon to "show attachments"
