Default Problem with Outlook 2010.pst file

Good Evening
I have a problem trying to import my outlook .pst file to my back up computer. When I export it to a thumb drive and then try to import it as a .pst file I get this message (The operation failed. The message interface have returned an unknown error. If this persists restart outlook. Restarting does nothing. I have been doing it this way for three or four years now without any trouble now I start getting the above message. I recently had to uninstall Microsoft KB3114409 patch because it was making outlook act weird now I am not able to export the.pst file to my back up computer. Anyone have any ideas as where to start
A am running Win 7 Office 2010 Outlook 2010
Thanks
Russ
