Default separating business and personal

I'm trying to keep my personal and business mail, calendars, contacts, tasks, etc separate without having 2 profiles
[I'm basing this on an assumption that I can't have 2 profiles open at the same time. tell me if that's wrong!]

Currently, I have IMAP links to my separate biz and personal email accounts.
And, I have separate CONTACT folders under PEOPLE
I have only one calendar, but could set up a 2nd to keep them separate.
[several other questions about this, but for later...]
And, I heavily use TASKS, but only as a personal tool, so don't need to share

My business associates all work in a Google for work space....ideally, I'd like to sync that with Outlook, but Google's sync tool seems to sync everything.

Multiple .pst files? Might that work?
