help with deleting email folder in Outlook
Hi all - my first post here. I have an Outlook email folder which I am trying to delete. if I right click folder and select Delete Folder, I get the following message. "Cannot delete this folder. Right-Click this folder and then click Properties to check permissions for this folder. See the folder owner or your administrator to change your permissions". Problem is Right-Click | Properties does not display a permissions tab. I understood permissions exist in an Exchange environment. I'm a standalone private user with Windows 10/Office 365 (currently at 2016 but issue existed prior to Win10 and Office 2016 upgrade). Anybody have ideas how I can delete this folder. rgds Martin PS also can't move the contents of folder (~ 40 emails) elsewhere either, |
