outlook content placeholder
Hi, I am trying to create an outlook template which will contain a content placeholder. For example, Dear <customer's name>, and when i click on the placeholder, the default text will disappear to make way for whatever typed in. Is it possible to create this editable textholder in an outlook template, preferably without a macro (since i think macro is disabled in my office pc)? Thank you.

As the Outlook editor is based on Word, you should be able to use a macrobutton field. Press CTRL+F9 and between the brackets type :
MACROBUTTON NoMacro <Click to enter name> Thus { MACROBUTTON NoMacro <Click to enter name> } Right click and select Toggle field and you will see <Click to enter name> Click into that text and type. The field will be replaced with what you type.
