Outlook 2010 "Save Sent Item to" on QAT
Before the bad update on Dec 9th that caused Outlook to start in Safe mode, I had a shortcut on the QAT for Save Sent Item to. In fact, it was its disappearance and the inability to customize the QAT that made me notice the Safe mode in the first place.
Now I am unable to restore it -- it doesn't appear in the list of all commands. Surprisingly, I read a post in a forum from several years ago from someone complaining about the same thing (it had disappeared following some update), and the reply was that it had never been available. That's bogus. Anyone have a clue? Thanks. |

The answer is embarassingly, painfully simple: In a message window, Options > right-click Save Sent Item To, click Add to QAT.
