How can I have a cloud-based Outlook?

Default How can I have a cloud-based Outlook?

I have a laptop for the office and travel, a PC at home, an iPhone, and an iPad mini. I would like to be able to keep track of contacts, calendar, and email on any device and my changes be updated on all the rest. How can I do this?
