email address suggestion while filling new email "to" and get rid of diacritics
Hello does anybody know how to enable email suggestion while typing new email "to"? And how to make it search all (first name, surname, email address)
It does work but only for very limited set of contacts (I do not know where it is taken from - I tried to copy all my contacts into folder labeled "suggested contacts" but it did not help) And even for that limited set of contacts it works only for "first name" when I start to type surname or email address it just does not work at all for (for any contact). I'm getting crazy because of it. Before I used Thunderbird and it work there as a charm automatically. In outlook I have to click "address book", switch correct contact list (as I have 4 contacts lists - dunno why). I have to click "advanced find". And then it seems it is using all name/surname/email. But it does need diacritics. Which is pain in the ass cos I sometimes do not even know how to type those crazy "letters". Outlook became a horror for me. I miss my thunderbird... Is there at least some option to map diacritics to normal letters? For example what the heck is ěščřžýáíé??? Can it be just mapped to escrzyaie? Or even some crazy character like "ä" I just can type "a" with my keyboard. |
