Default Cannot send from outlook. weird message

Hi...
As of yesterday (12/15/2015) I am getting the following message when I try to send from Outlook: "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameters are not valid." No suggestion on how to fix. HELP!!!!!!!!!! I can send from gmail directly, so I am quite sure it's an Outlook problem.

Thanks, LynneL
