I am running Outlook 2007 in Windows XP, and I've just imported all my contacts into Outlook. When I address an email to multiple recipients, however, each recipient is able to view ALL the contact information for one of the other recipients such as cell phone, home phone, address, etc. (by right-clicking and selecting "outlook properties"). How can I set Outlook so that I can use my contact information for addressing emails but NOT distribute all the fields to every recipient? e.g., I would prefer that recipients only see the name & email address of other recipients.
Thank you! |
