Hi,
Last night MS uploaded some kind of update & rebooted my Windows 7 pc. This morning when I re-opened Outlook 2010 it was all different. The view settings were reset to some kind of default. And my Quick Access Toolbar ... disappeared. File > Options > Quick Access Toolbar shows ... nothing! Totally blank! When I try to dropdown the "Choose commands from:" ... there's NOTHING there: Outlook 2010 QAT gone.PNG What happened?? How to get my Outlook 2010 back to what I had?? HALP!!! |

My solution was to upgrade my "Windows 7 Pro 64-bit" to "Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit."
