sending appointments to gmail
Outlook 2010.
I can't find the answer anywhere. (Maybe I found it but don't understand) I use Outlook in my office for all appointments. The calendar is attached to my company email. I want very few of these itemized nowhere but in my office. As a result, I have only a few appointments on my office calendar AND the gmail calendar on my phone (e.g., birthdays). What I want is a simple way to put an only limited appointments on Outlook AND my phone. I found I can 'invite' my gmail calendar to an appointment but I get an email asking me to confirm. In most instances, it's easier to enter the appointment by hand in both calendars. Is there an easy way to send an appointment to my phone? |
