Default Is it possible to create "Mailgroups" with those features?

Hello!

Is it possible to manage the mails that way?

- a few Adresses, (group1@example.com) etc. etc.,
- in every Group are 3-4 Members
- they should all see the incoming mails,

MUST HAVE:
1.) if one Member opens one of those mails, it should be marked or moved out of the box, so no other Member of this Group can do the work twice

2.) Deleted Mails, sendet Mails etc. should be visible for all in the Group

NICE TO HAVE
3.) If a Member answers to a received mail, the Mailadress of the Group must be the "Answerer", not the Adress of the Member himself

4.) the Signature should be the groupsignature, not the signature from the member

P.S.

I dont Need to know exactly how it works, just if itīs possible or not

Sorry about my english
