Archive appointments
Using Outlook 2007, Windows Vista. Am trying to archive appointments prior to 1/1/2005 to reduce calendar size. Appointments do not disappear from the calendar. In Calendar, Using File - Archive - setting date. shouldn't the appointments disappear into an archive file? Am I doing something wrong?
