Default Constantly downloading emails. Pls help!!!

Outlook is downloading all of my emails with more than 200k and when completed, it starts the process over and over again.



What should I do?

When I try to access Outlook, it download the emails but after receiving emails it repeat downloading the same emails. We have more than 200k emails on our inbox and outlook is downloading the same emails repeatedly which cause duplicate emails. Kindly help please. Thanks!
