Outlook 2013 - I need to make all conversations refresh with original email.
Hello,
new here and new again to office life. I have been thrown into MS outlook and it seems that since I left office life 8 years ago now all anyone does is CC everybody and anybody. I know I can get a handle on this but I am finding 1) when someone forwards a string that I was CC'd on, that person now becomes the main holder of the thread . I don't want this. 2) Same thing with Conversations. I want the original email to display with one or two lines again but counting as a NEW inbox email. Kind of like the original email has been refreshed again but now there is a response tacked to the end. that is the key point. I want the new response to be last in the display so I don't get lost determining what conversation it belongs to. I used to have this configuration years ago I think. Anyone out there? Thanks in advance , and if a response for clarification is needed I will try to check back and log in quickly.... Cheerio! |
