Default Forward copy all emails to a second account?

Problem: 3 devices, all have the same 2 accounts (@outlook.com and a generic Exchange account), 1 device is not receiving on the Outlook.com account. That device is my wife's laptop which is with her out of town.

As a temporary work-around I want to tell her desktop Outlook '10 to forward a copy of all emails received in the Outlook.com account to the second account. Since she is receiving on the second account on her laptop she'll then see the emails and I presume can change the sending account on a reply to the non Outlook.com account if she wishes to reply while out of town.

I right clicked on the Outlook.com account and neither Properties had the option nor could I find an option in advanced options?

Btw, if anyone has a bright idea why her laptop Outlook.com is not receiving I'm open to all suggestions.

Mark

Go to the Outlook.com site and set the forwarding there--
