Default Send/Receive Error - 0x8004210C

Hello,

I’m having a problem while downloading messages in Outlook 2013. Below is the complete scenario of the problem.

I have an Exchange 2007 environment. Within the organization Users’ outlook is directly connected to the exchange.

Now for one particular user, his outlook is configured on POP3 to fetch emails.

The problem I’m facing is, when I hit the Send/Receive All Folders, outlook gives following Send/Receive Error message.
Task *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210C) : 'Some messages you marked for download are no longer available on the server.'

Now, instead of directly doing Send/Receive All Folders, when I use Download Only Headers, that time outlook retrieves all headers after that I have to mark the headers to download and then Process to Download. With this method outlook downloads all messages from the server.

How do I resolve this issue?
