I am investigating the possibilities to migrate a very small company with 3 e-mailaccounts from Zimbra / Outlook 2010 to Office 365 Outlook with Exchange online.
What I find is that there are a few nice, but expensive tools to do such a migration. If *really* needed we will purchase one. However I thought it would be possible to do it cheaper manually like so: 1. synchronize Zimbra emails in Outlook 2010 2. export Outlook 2010 to PST file 3. rename the Outlook 2010 storage folder 4. install Office 365 / Exchange online 5. create new Office 365 account in Office 365 6. import PST file from step 2 7. uninstall Office 2010 Am I missing something? Is this possible at all? TIA, Arie |
