I have a question to ask and I would like to insert a screen shot, I see just above the message box one of the icons says Insert Image, I am not familiar on how to insert the URL of the image ??

I assume you mean that you want to insert an image into a forum post? In order to do that you must save the image in an on-line resource and then post the web link to that image.
