Is there a way to create an email as a template, and then on a once per weekday basis, have that email automatically sent to the recipient(s).

Meppwc,
As far as I know, the only way to attain this functionality would be with macros or recurring tasks with reminders. Both of these processes are fairly complex. There's a solution which includes using a bit of VBA in the following link: http://superuser.com/questions/63509...ail-in-outlook I found an app which seems to do this job and it has a fairly good reputation. However I have NOT used this app before and cannot testify to it's usefulness: https://www.outlook-apps.com/recurring-email/ |
