smtp server rejects login when sending emails
Hi All
I have Outlook 2013 with win 8 on three laptops. They sync Office together using a Microsoft business account. Two laptops work perfectly with Outlook but one cannot send emails from two of the three accounts in Outlook due to the SMTP server rejecting the login to the server used for these two accounts. The third account is fine but uses a different SMTP server as it is a different domain. The Outlook settings are identical on all laptops and on the problem laptop other email apps/clients (Mail and Thunderbird) work perfectly with the same settings as used in Outlook on the working laptops and on the one which isn't. I have tried everything I can think of including a complete re-install of the operating system and Outlook - anyone any ideas what I can try to sort this out? |
