Default Lost Contact/Task form 'contact' bottom bar

Clean reinstall Win7 + Office '07.

I had this same problem the last time I performed a complete, clean reinstall.

Outlook's Contact and Task forms apparently do not default with the bottom Contacts bar (click on the bottom left form button, you can select from a pop up list of all contacts).

And, as with last time, I cannot locate where you tell Outlook to add that bottom bar?

Mark
